The idea

An arch, split down the middle.

The Anaplasi mark: an arch whose left half is an outline and whose right half is solid

Ανάπλαση means regeneration. The left half of the arch is what we find, the right half is what we hand back.

The arch is borrowed from the city itself: the Rotunda, the Arch of Galerius, and the Byzantine brick walls above Ano Poli. The gap between the two halves is the tape, the line that runs through all of our before-and-after work. The red comes from that same brick.

Logo

Lockup and mark

Use the full lockup wherever there's room. The mark on its own is for small spaces: favicons, social avatars, site signage and the side of a van.

Clear space

Leave at least the width of the arch's solid half on every side of the logo.

Minimum size

The lockup should be at least 120 px wide on screen or 30 mm in print. The mark on its own should be at least 24 px.

Keep it whole

Don't recolour the halves separately, close the gap, or set the wordmark in another font.

Colour

Mostly red

Red is the brand. Use it for whole sections, not just accents. Plaster is the light it sits against, and oxblood gives it depth.

Type

One family, two voices

Commissioner was designed by Kostas Bartsokas, a Greek type designer, and covers Greek and Latin equally well. Its flare axis gives our headlines their chiselled, carved-stone ends. Body text sets the flare back to zero.

We take tired apartments, houses and whole buildings across Thessaloniki and rebuild them into homes worth living in, or properties that pay their way.

Signature

The tape

Every before-and-after we publish is split by a red measuring tape. It moves by itself so the change is visible without a click, and anyone can grab it.
